Good Game, Odd Bugs

This game is well made. I find it hard. I like the game. What I dont like is that for some reason I get locked out of volume control once I load this application. I load the game. I can quit or play for a while. I then quit. I open Music and upon doing this I realize that I have no control over the volume slider. I am running Versio 3.1.3 on an 8Gig iPod Touch. Im going to try to update some things and see if it gets fixed but I am still annoyed.
I like the game. I hate having to restart my iPod every time I touch the app.
